Beauty is more than skin deep. It is feeling and being beautiful inside out.This is very important, irrespective of the number of cosmetics a woman applies, if she is not mentally and physically healthy, she will not be truly beautiful. Our face is like a mirror, it reflects our innermost thoughts, expressions and feelings almost involuntarily and so does it show the quality of mental and physical balance that a person has maintained. And this balance is the cue to a truly beautiful and charming personal. Beauty therapies if supplemented with regular practice of correct meditation a woman's face will bring forth her inner balance and tranquility.
What does meditation do?
1) Builds concentration
Effective meditation helps develop concentration. The power of the mind is enhanced and thereby stress levels are cut down drastically. It is true that if the body and mind is relaxed your systems will correspond and work at its best. It can give you positive effects. Meditation can be done in many ways. You don't need to sit in certain positions or set your postures in any fixed way. As long as you can keep your mind focused, concentrated and relaxed I believe it would give you good enough results. By the way, if you force your self or are too serious in doing it how can you relax or gain the desired results.
ReplyDeleteMeditation is a way to create self-conscious awareness. To meditate is to know what you are thinking, feeling or doing. To me, meditate is an exploring of our own mind in order to understand them. It is not to eliminate the bad thought or whatever you are thinking. Instead, we have to understand it. With the understanding of oneself, it will bring happiness to our mind. When the mind is happy, your body will be healthy, too.
ReplyDeleteI totally agree with Passakorn and Mark. I use meditation to control my mind, thought and emotions. I like the moment when I slow everything around me down and start not to think about anything. I release me from chaos and lead myself to peace and freedom which makes me very happy. And when I am happy, I know that my body feels it tho. Plus, after i come home from meditation. I always lose some weight because i eat only 2 meals a day. ^^
